Your order
The product description, total price, delivery offer and estimated dispatch timing are shown before payment. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when we send an order confirmation, at which point the contract is formed. If we cannot accept it, we will refund the payment.
Payment and pricing
Stripe securely processes payment in full when a preorder is placed. We may correct an obvious pricing error before accepting an order and will give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.
Products
Your order includes only the features stated on the product page at checkout. Photographs labelled as concepts illustrate the intended design; colour may vary between screens and final production. Unconfirmed cover materials, accessories and other features do not form part of the contract.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. The Flexible Location planners are standard, non-personalised goods and retain the applicable distance-selling cancellation rights.
