What it means to reserve a Rihla Paper planner before production is complete.

A preorder reserves a planner that has not yet completed production and is not currently held as finished stock. The first release is targeting dispatch by 31 December 2026. Product imagery marked as a concept may differ slightly from the final manufactured item, but confirmed features on the product page form part of your order.
Payment
Stripe charges the full displayed amount when the preorder is placed. The first 500 paid preorders receive the usual £4.95 London delivery service for £0. No minimum production quantity or internal manufacturing threshold changes your cancellation or refund rights.
Production updates
We will provide material updates if production or dispatch timing changes. Order progress will also be available through the order journey using the order reference and checkout email address.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation before dispatch. The Flexible Location planners in this release are standard, non-personalised goods; the applicable 14-day distance-selling cancellation period also begins after delivery. See Returns & cancellations for instructions.
