Delivery area, preorder timing and tracking for the first release.

The first release is targeting dispatch by 31 December 2026. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date because production begins before finished stock is held. By placing a preorder, you agree to this delivery timetable, which may be longer than 30 days from purchase.
If timing changes
We will communicate any material production delay by email and update the order journey. If a revised date is not suitable, you may request cancellation and a refund before dispatch.
Launch delivery area
The initial preorder release is limited to delivery addresses in London. Wider UK and international delivery will be introduced only after packed product weights and carrier rates are confirmed.
First 500 delivery offer
London delivery is normally £4.95 per order. This fee is waived for the first 500 paid preorders and appears as a £0 launch-delivery option during checkout. Eligibility is determined when the order is placed.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we will add the courier reference to the order journey and send a dispatch update. If an order is materially delayed, damaged or appears lost, contact rihlapaper@gmail.com with the order reference.
