How Rihla Paper uses and protects personal information.

We collect information you provide when ordering or contacting us, including your name, email, delivery address, phone number and order details. Stripe processes payment information; Rihla Paper does not receive or store your complete card details.
Why we use it
We use personal information to process and fulfil orders, provide production and delivery updates, answer enquiries, prevent fraud, manage returns and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not send marketing messages unless you have made a separate choice to receive them.
Who receives it
We share only the information needed with service providers that support payment processing, website hosting, manufacturing, email and delivery. Stripe and Cloudflare process information under their own security and privacy arrangements. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising measurement
With your permission, we share website activity and purchase values with Meta using the Meta Pixel and, for completed purchases, directly from our server using Meta's Conversions API, to measure advertising. Meta also receives browser and connection information and may process it under its own privacy policy. You can reject marketing cookies without affecting checkout and withdraw consent using Cookie settings. We store your cookie choice and browser purchase-event markers to reduce duplicate reporting.
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are retained for the period required for tax and legal purposes. Customer-support records are reviewed regularly and deleted when they are no longer needed. Records may be retained longer where required to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud or comply with law.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to its use. Contact rihlapaper@gmail.com. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
